Jon Lester serves as Head of Growth & Operations at Home Buyer Mississippi, where he leads acquisition strategy, deal flow, and expansion across South Mississippi.

He originally joined Home Buyer Louisiana in January 2024 as an Investor Relationship Manager, quickly becoming instrumental in building relationships with buyers and helping scale the company’s deal flow. His impact on the business led to his promotion to Head of Growth & Operations in October 2025.

Through his work, Jon developed a strong interest in the Mississippi Gulf Coast market. Recognizing the opportunity, he played a key role in expanding the business into Mississippi, working closely with founder Stephen Keighery to launch Home Buyer Mississippi. Jon now leads the growth of the Mississippi operation, applying the same systems and approach that helped scale Home Buyer Louisiana.
