Hey, what’s up, everybody? Jon Lester here with Home Buyer Mississippi. I’m in another house in Gulfport.

Take a look at this kitchen. I love these time-capsule houses. I’m walking through this one and checking it out. It actually has a pretty interesting layout with these wood panels. The house was originally smaller, and you can tell pretty clearly where some additions were made.

You can see the original exterior wall of the house here. The farther I go back, the more it feels like a little labyrinth, so I’m trying to get the floor plan mapped out in my head.

I’ve already been speaking with the seller. This particular property is facing foreclosure, and we want to try to step in and stop that process while we still can.

I’m working through the numbers, and I already have a good idea of where they stand. The floor plan is a little unusual, though, so I’m just trying to wrap my head around it. It’s another really cute house. We like it a lot, and I think the numbers are going to work.
