These were placed here post-Katrina by FEMA, and a lot of them are still standing today. Some are in really good shape, and some are not. This one definitely needs a lot of work, but I like these houses a lot.

I’m here firming up our numbers to see if this is a property we can purchase. As you can see, it’s closed off, but we were still able to get inside and take a look around.

This one needs everything, but that’s not a big deal for us. It’s going to be a clean slate once we remove all the damaged materials and start putting in exactly what we want. I really do like these Katrina cottages. They’re super cool properties.
