Inherited Gulfport Property with Foundation Issues and No Key

We recently walked a property in Gulfport, Mississippi that highlights a situation we see often across the Gulf Coast.

The seller, current owner actually that’s selling the house, actually inherited the house. It’s been vacant for many, many years. They didn’t even have a key. So I had to make my way in.
