What’s up, everybody? It’s Jon Lester with Home Buyer Mississippi. I’m here in a house in Gulfport, a really unique-looking property. From the outside to the inside, it needs just about everything.

There was a roof collapse in this room and another room. A lot of the structural components of the house are gone from either water or termites. It’s been put back together, but not most of it.

This is actually the guy who owns this one. He’s another real estate investor who’s focusing on some out-of-town projects in Colorado right now. He’s got a handful of projects like this in the coastal Mississippi area that he started. You can see some of this was redone, but he hasn’t finished, and he just doesn’t have the time or energy to do it anymore.

So he gave us a call. This is one of ten that we’re going to be looking at for him. We’re pretty aligned on the numbers right now and just finishing everything. My contractor team is in another room helping put together estimates.
